Topic: Stop fighting for cooperation! An invitation to empathetic paradigm shift.

It’s not a secret: if we want well-aligned teams, real self management and mutual understanding of goals and actions, we need trust. Sadly, we do not have magic wand to make people trust each other, and if there is no trust we simply struggle, fighting for good, if any, cooperation.

Bad news is that you cannot build trust fighting.

Good news is that there are some cool, old but still revolutionary ideas, that really can help!

Join me to discover how concepts of restorative justice and Nonviolent Communication can help you foster the culture of dialogue and collaboration in your team, unit and organization.

P.S. Four steps are just a peak of NVC iceberg, so if you were bored with this method, come and discover some more!

Workshop: FROM ENEMIES TO COLLEAGUES How changing “small” things can change everything in our at-work communication.

It will start with fire. Probably you’re going to get really angry or frustrated at the very beginning.

It’s ok, let it burn!

I cannot promise you that I’ll take away all of those feelings in one and a half hours. But I assure you, you will end up with some fire extinguishers to use afterwards.  During this workshop you will be able to experience how some of the Nonviolent Communication principles and ideas can change the temperature of the conversation between Business and IT*. You will be asked to role play in short scenes and engage in discussion in-between. We will wrap up with practical list of tips that can help you cool down some heated conversations.
