This agreement is between the ticket buyer ("you") and Wawel Hill sp. z o.o., ("organizer").

Payment

Payment is due within 14 days unless different payment terms are agreed in writing. Unpaid orders may be canceled after fourteen days.

All payments must be paid before the start of the event.

Refunds

For bought tickets the refunds are not available. All tickets are fully transferable to another attendee until 1st May 2023. Transfers must be communicated to the conference organizer in writing via email (sales@wawelhill.com).

Warranties and Liability

In the unlikely event that the event is canceled, payments for tickets will be refunded and organizer liabilities are limited to the ticket fee. Under no circumstances shall organizer's liability to you exceed the amount of the ticket fee.

General

We reserve the right to change the program at any time.

If performance of organizer's obligations is delayed due to a Force Majeure Event beyond the organizer's reasonable control then organizer has the right to suspend delivery of obligations without further liability until such time as the cause(s) of the delay is no longer present.
